Hello! The friendly staff of Darst Dermatology would like to thank you for choosing us as your skin care specialist. We hope that the following information is helpful to you. If you have any questions, feel free to call us at (704) 321-DERM (3376).
Darst Dermatology is conveniently located at the intersection of I-485 and
Providence Road (NC-16) on the south side of Charlottte, NC.

Hours:
Dr. Darst sees patients from 8am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
We are closed for lunch from noon to 1 pm.
(There is an answering machine if you need to leave a message over the lunch hour)
Appointments:
We are accepting New Patients!
New patient appointments are available within a few days, especially for urgent conditions.

Patient Forms:
You may download your registration and health history forms as well as information on our privacy policies by clicking here.
Referrals:
Dr. Darst does not require you to have a referral from another doctor to see him.
You may schedule your own appointment directly with our office.
Some insurance companies, however, require a referral for the visit to be covered.
Please contact your insurance company to obtain that referral if it is needed.
As a patient, it is your responsibility to obtain any needed referral authorization prior to your office visit.
Insurance Plans:
Darst Dermatology participates in most insurance plans.
We do participate in the Medicare program.

We accept Tricare as an Out of Network provider and will submit the claim to Tricare for you.
We do not participate in the North Carolina Medicaid program.
Lectures / Education:
You may have seen Dr. Darst at one of the various talks he gives in the community.
