Directions to the Monroe, NC office:

1995 Wellness Boulevard, Suite 110

From downtown Monroe:  Go north on NC-74 (W Roosevelt / Andrew Jackson Hwy) until you reach the new Target.  Turn right on Wellness Boulevard.  (This road is not on the map yet.)  Proceed to the back of the center.  The office is in the building on the left - there is an Urgent Care sign on the building.

From Charlotte / Indian Trail:  Go south on NC-74 (W Roosevelt / Andrew Jackson Hwy) until you reach the new Target.  Turn left on Wellness Boulevard.  (This road is not on the map yet.)  Proceed to the back of the center.  The office is in the building on the left - there is an Urgent Care sign on the building.
